Mudgee Weddings has been set up to primarily service the number of wedding parties who come to the Mudgee Region each year to get married.

The cost to each Bride and Groom can easily exceed $4,000 in pre wedding meetings etc if they come from Sydney.

This is calculated by estimating that you would need about 6 visits from coming up to check it out the first time to when you come for the wedding.

Allowing each trip to include:

- Fuel $120
- Accom $350 (2 nights)
- Meals being $25 - $50 each meal (include coffee etc if eating out) $120 per day x 2 x 2 days = $480
- Misc costs $100
- Total $1,050 per trip x 4 - 6 trips = a minimum cost in pre wedding trips of at LEAST $4,200

Mudgee Weddings has put together a comprehensive group of experienced suppliers to ensure your wedding runs smoothly and in the process, saving you thousands of dollars in the process.

By completing the initial contact form, you will be contacted to discuss your requirements.

We will then put together some options based on your personal requirements. This means you are not spending time and money visiting venues that may in fact not be suitable to you.

There are 3 options we offer:

    1) A 1 - 2 day site inspection tour. We meet with you and take to meet and talk to the venues and suppliers who are able to meet your requirements. You can then take it from there and deal direct with them.
    2) Choose from a selection of our contacts and services to complete the organisation you have made so far. We can help you connect with some of the more influential and 'todo' businesses in the Mudgee region.
    3) A complete wedding management package where we will work with you from day 1 until the end of the reception. We will work with the suppliers on your behalf.

We are confident that our services will save you a few thousand dollars rather than trying to do it yourself.
